LWCEC Technologies is an independent firm of architects, designers, surveyors, engineers, consultants and technical specialists, working across different countries in major aspects of the built environment.

 

We envisage a world without barriers, as the technology in the built environment will change the way we live forever. An integrated city with unique, diverse and vibrant population is our main target. This means rejuvenating the urban fabric, reinventing public and enhancing facilities. Our hopes for an inclusive and supporting city, a compact one will take care of the high density population.We have a vision for bridging the gaps across technology offerings. This necessary step will provide a true integration across platforms to offer unique value proposition in the new economy.

We have brought partners across continents and different varietied countries. By digitization, we can integrate technology across the build environment. Each of the key areas will play an important role in shaping and sculpting the built landscape. We had the honor to work with the industries key companies in BIM, STEM, Air Quality Systems, AR/VR, Scanning, UAV and 3D Printing. We set down with the partners and worked out a turnkey solution. As we fly the UAV, the model is set to 3D Printing. By doing so, we eliminate traditional gaps and making an offering to traditional players with innovative solutions. We work with the best players in town to make sure that we are the leading solution provider.

財政司司長陳茂波發表2018/19年度財政預算案。他表示,今年開始,主要的政府基本工程項目的設計和建造將採用建築信息模擬技術。建造業議會將制訂建築信息模擬技術標準,支援業界裝備,並鼓勵私人工程項目採用此技術。

同時,政府正協助業界建立具規模和高度自動化的鋼筋預製工場,亦會在公營項目率先試行「組裝合成」建築法。

政府正研究,將現時適用於推廣環保及創新樓宇的總樓面面積寬免措施,擴展至此類建築,以及就相關的預製場展開研究,推動這種建築方法在香港更廣泛地應用。

另外,建議撥款10億元成立建造業創新及科技基金,提升企業及從業員應用新技術的能力,並支援業界應用創新科技。

合資格承建商、註冊分包商及工程顧問公司可向基金申請資助,發展所需的軟硬件及人力配套,在工程項目中採用本地或海外的創新建造技術,例如建築信息模擬技術、本地鋼筋預製工場所生產的鋼筋組件及「組裝合成」建築法等。基金亦會支援學生和建造業從業員接受創科培訓。
